Who I am is a writer

I am a real writer. I am a REAL writer.

No matter what that damned guild says.

The realization came to me when I delivered a 14,000++ word article on a topic I didn’t even like (Logistics?! Manufacturing?!).

There were five chapters on it, and after I gave it to the client, it dawned on me, the magnitude of what I have done.

The solid proof that I am a writer:

I wrote five chapters, with 14,000++ words on it.

It’s a book, isn’t it?

Even if I have only ghost-written it for someone, I have written it.

Five chapters is a book, isn’t it?

Even if it is an academic paper.

I’m not doubting myself again as a writer.

Ever again.
